William C. Harvey, II, CCIM, MAI, is the founder and president of William C. Harvey & Associates, Inc. Mr. Harvey has been active in the real estate industry for over 49 years. 

As a highly respected member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Harvey is frequently called upon to provide expert witness testimony.  Mr. Harvey is also an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor with The Appraisal Foundation.

Mr. Harvey is active in the local community and most recently served as the Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of St. Michaels, MD from 2015 through 2025.  Mr. Harvey previously served as the Co-Chair of the Land Use and Zoning Committee of the Great Falls Citizens Association From 2011 through 2014.  Mr. Harvey also served as a member of the Fairfax County Board of Equalization from 2005 through 2013.

Mr. Harvey is a certified collegiate lacrosse referee with the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.  Mr. Harvey is also a member of the South Florida Lacrosse Officials Association and the Washington Area Lacrosse Officials Association.
